South African winter holidays have come and gone and we were delighted to get this feedback from a happy guest who stayed at Kariega Main Lodge with her family.
“We have recently returned from the most wonderful family holiday at Kariega. We spent 2 nights on the reserve at Main Lodge and were impressed from start to finish! Our children, boys aged 10 and 12 were in their element. The days were packed full of action and information. It is difficult to choose just one highlight of our stay! The game drives were amazing. Our guide, Chrissie was so knowledgeable and clearly had a passion for the beautiful reserve. The meals were thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family; I think breakfast was a favourite with my youngest! Our boys only had the time to join in one Kids on Safari activity where ranger Chanel delighted them with a fishing trip to the dam. I think the best part of it all was the emphasis on FAMILY, we played together, ate together and made great memories together! Thank you to all involved. We would love to visit again soon.”
